Cancellation and refunds
Last updated: September 18, 2026
You can cancel DuelEdge whenever you want, without giving a reason, without asking anyone's permission, and without paying anything to do it.
This page says exactly what happens when you do.
Cancelling takes effect immediately
Your cancellation takes effect the moment you send it. Not at the end of the month, not at the end of the period you have paid for, and not when someone here gets around to reading it.
You pay only for what you received
You are charged for the service provided up to the moment you cancelled, at the price in your subscription. Anything you have already paid beyond that is returned to you.
So if you cancel partway through a month you have paid for, you are not paying for the rest of that month.
There is no cancellation fee
No penalty, no indemnity, no administrative charge, no minimum term to buy your way out of. Cancelling costs nothing.
How to cancel
Any of these works, and none of them is better than the others:
- Use the cancel option in your account. It is on the account screen and does not require you to contact anyone.
- Email [email protected] and say you are cancelling.
- Send written notice by any other means you can show you sent.
If you are on a trial
Before a free or reduced-price trial ends, we send you a written notice — between two and ten days beforehand — telling you the date it ends and the price you will be charged afterwards.
Cancelling during a trial costs nothing and you are not charged.
What happens to your access and your data
Access ends when the cancellation takes effect.
Your Yahoo Fantasy connection stops being used immediately, and you can disconnect it at Yahoo as well.
The privacy policy explains what happens to the personal information we hold and how to ask for it to be deleted.
If something is wrong
If you were charged after cancelling, or the amount returned does not look right, write to [email protected] and it will be corrected. You do not lose any right you have under Québec's Consumer Protection Act by contacting us first.
